These terms govern your use of ChiefBoard, operated by the provider named in the Impressum. By creating an account you agree to them.
ChiefBoard is offered to businesses and self-employed professionals. If you are a consumer, statutory consumer protection rights apply in addition to these terms and take precedence where they conflict.
ChiefBoard provides AI-generated business analysis and a place to record decisions. Answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong.
ChiefBoard is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. You remain responsible for every decision you make. Verify anything material before acting on it.
We may change, extend or discontinue features. Material changes that reduce a paid plan will be announced in advance.
You need an account to use ChiefBoard. Keep your credentials secure and give accurate information.
New accounts include a 7-day trial with full access. No payment details are required for the trial and it does not convert into a paid plan automatically. After it ends the account continues on the free plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include applicable VAT where required.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, through the subscription portal in your account.
Message limits per plan are stated on the pricing page and reset at the start of each calendar month.
Do not use ChiefBoard unlawfully, do not attempt to circumvent limits or security measures, do not resell access, and do not upload content you have no right to share.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or that endanger the stability of the service.
You keep all rights to the business information, files and decisions you put into ChiefBoard. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including any third-party or personal data it contains.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure can cause downtime.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.
For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of AI-generated output.
Free accounts can be deleted by you at any time. Paid plans run for the billing period booked and renew unless cancelled.
We may terminate for good cause, in particular serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
We may update these terms. You will be informed of material changes in good time before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may terminate before they apply.
The law of the provider’s country of establishment applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence.
For merchants, the venue is the provider’s registered seat.
